Cancellation policy
48-Hour Cancellation: Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before their scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
24-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals: If a customer arrives late and misses the tour, no refunds will be issued. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
